The Bondì/Zverkhanovsky Duo is a collaboration between the Italian singer-songwriter Laura Bondì and the Ukrainian guitarist Danil Zverkhanovsky.

 

The project first started with a recording session in January 2017 in Berlin. The repertoire they chose for it included jazz standards from the Swing and Pre-Swing Eras.

With Bondì's warm timbre and lyrical phrasing and Zverkhanovsky's all-acoustic archtop accompaniment, the duo is pursuing a style that combines original arrangements and authentic spirit of the music.
